1)  Are there minimums?

     12 shirts is our minimum however orders less than 36 will have a setup fee included  As always, the pricing           per shirt decreases as the quantity increases.

 

2) What is the print size options?

     Left chest:   up to  4"  X   4"

     Full back:    up to 13" X 13"

     Full Front:   up to 13" X 13"

     Youth size:up to  9"  X  9"

 

3) What size garments can be printed?

     Youth smalls(6-8) to adult 6XL. Mixing sizes in your order are acceptable.

 

4) Can you print on my own garments?

      Yes we can, the garment should be new for best results. Before you purchase your garments, you may want to        check if we can order     them for you at a discounted price. In most cases, our price for a garment my be far          less than the sale price that you will pay as a retail customer from another source.  

 

5) Do I get to see a proof?

​     Yes, an electronic proof will be e-mailed to you for your approval prior to any printing.

 

6) Do I need my own designs?

      It helps when you do.  If you do have your  own artwork, it can be e-mailed to me. The higher the resolution          of the  image the better. If you have nothing more than an idea we do have graphic designers that can help            with this process there is a $50hr charge for this service. 

 

7) Is the artwork saved for future orders?

       Yes, the artwork is saved in our system indefinitely. If you plan on reordering on a frequent basis, we can               save the screens for a quicker turn around time as well. 

 

8) How long will it take to print the order? 

      Usually 7 to 10 business days from the time the proof is accepted and the deposit is paid. 

 

9) What is the payment requirement?

       All orders require 50% deposit and the balance is due on delivery. If the order is shipping UPS, the balance is         due prior to the shipment.

 

10) How do I receive my order?    

        If you are local to the Sacramento area, your order can be will called or delivered.  If not, your order will                ship UPS ground unless you request an expressed option.

 

11) Is there a guarantee?

         Of course there is. We guarantee the quality of everything we print to be high quality.  Since everything

          is produced in house, everything is inspected by our quality control depatrtment prior to delivery.  We can              not be responsible for the variations found in size or color between manufactures. This is something that is            not in our control. 

 

12) How much will a printed shirt cost?

        Prices start around $ 6.50 each for a one color, single printed white T-shirt (minimums will apply).  Prices               will vary based on your design needs, prints per shirt, color and style of the garment you select, and of                     course the quantity of your order.  The larger the order the lower the cost per item.  Let me give you a free             quote today.
